Week 24 of pregnancy

What's Happening with Baby
Your baby's muscles continue to grow, and they may now have a little hair on their head. The basic structures of the eyes are almost complete, and they will soon open. For now, their skin is still thin, making it appear red and wrinkled, and it remains covered with lanugo, a fine, soft hair.
Your baby is now about 11 3/4 inches long (the size of an ear of corn) and weighs around 1 1/4 pounds. Internally, a major milestone has been reached: the lungs are fully formed, complete with branches and air sacs, but they are not yet ready to breathe outside the womb.

What You Might Experience
You may notice significant changes in your breasts around this time. As they continue to increase in size, they might begin to secrete a small amount of colostrum. This is a creamy, yellowish fluid that is the "pre-milk" that will provide your baby with their first nourishment after birth.
This is a normal part of your body's preparation for breastfeeding, and you may notice a few drops from time to time.

Key Things to Keep in Mind
You can see that your breasts have changed considerably since the beginning of your pregnancy. This is because more blood is flowing to the area, which can make the veins more visible under the skin.
Because of these changes in size and fullness, many women find they need to increase their bra size by one or two sizes during pregnancy to stay comfortable and supported. Opting for a soft, non-wired maternity bra can provide extra comfort.
